Description:
Frequency visit 35,000 outlets four times per month (equivalent of 110,000 visit) to do merchandising for more than 20 display programs of Nestle. This work spread throughout Vietnam and play as an important roles to retain relationship with outlets, to maintain valued display space in outlet over their competitors and push sales volume. The results of each merchandising will be a base for Nestle to reward outlets every month.
