Select key stores to perform activation to push products out in the cold season before Tet. Use the activation campaign to let the Sales team recruit new stores, especially the big stores of Huggies and Bobby. Convince customers to switch to Molfix diapers and tissues

Results: 

Deployed 254 PGs to perform activation in 30 provinces and cities, continuously for 2 months Sampling more than 95,000 samples Successfully approached and sold more than 9,000 customers using Molfix products Total sales are more than 4 billion VND.
