Overview:
FrieslandCampina is a Dutch dairy cooperative. It is the result of the merge between Royal Friesland Foods and Campina. Main brands include Friesche Vlag, Chocomel, Fristi, Dutch Lady, Appelsientje, Milner, Campina, Landliebe, Optiwell and Mona.
Client Objectives:
Build up the Sale Force in HCM, Nha Trang, Da Nang, Can Tho, Bien Hoa to approach the coffee channel to sell “Hoan Hao” milk. CPM has responsibility for sale revenue and managing the sales force.
Solutions:
Manages a team of salesmen to:
- Visit each outlet daily to sell product directly to customer (coffee channel)
- Collect & report market information
- Co-ordinate with distributor for stock management and sales management.
- Build relationships with retailers.
