Diageo plc is a multinational beverage alcohol company, with its headquarters in London, England. It operates in more than 180 countries and produces in more than 140 sites around the world
Client Objectives:
Diageo needed an agency with strong experience & resources to set up and manage a sales team to support their distributors to develop the sales channels in Vietnam.
The agency would also build an outlet database & develop new markets for distribution.
Solutions:
