The goal to enhance product awareness in the Vietnam market
JTI Sales Team recruited and encouraged retailers to introduce Mild Seven cigarettes to smokers with 2 messages: “new package with unchanged taste” and “only brand with charcoal filter in Vietnam
Solutions:
- We did mystery shopping to 2,000 key outlets & pushcarts in Hanoi & HCMC to test if these messages were being delivered accurately to every smoker as well as to collect the market information.
- Tele-check received positive feedback from retailers that they were very pleased to participate in this program and did not feel disturbed by Mystery Shoppers.
